Look at those experts and influenceers: they’re seeking funding, attention, or both. I’m barely chasing attention, I’m just tired of the nonsense.

While we’re at it:

• These won’t ever be broken in a way that endangers systems using them: AES, SHA-256, SHA-3, BLAKE3 (thus BLAKE2), ChaCha8 (thus ChaCha20).

• ML-DSA and ML-KEM will remain safe for the foreseeable future. Expect incremental attacks and new bounds. But nothing resembling a real break. SLH-DSA will be even tighter.
